How can I book a place on a public course?
Search and select the course you wish to attend. On the right hand site of the page select location and course date which is right for you, click on request a place and fill in your details on the booking form or alternatively, contact one of our offices or send us an email.

We will book you on the course and send you a standard course confirmation form, which you need to fill out and return. We will then send an invoice to the address provided. One week before the course you will receive your pre-course reading, self-assessment and joining instructions.

What can I expect when I book a course with INNESSKIRK Global?
Initially we will communicate with you items like order confirmation, date, timings etc.  A few days before the course you will be send a reminder and course joining information. This includes a pre-course briefing, self assessment and prec-ourse reading information. This helps you to prepare for the workshop. During the workshop you will receive all the course materials, binder, course outlines, glossary, workbooks, summary sheet, copy of the presentation, self analysis sheets, psychometric tests completed, dvd’s of presentations performed. The material provided depends on the course topic.
 

Upon completion of the workshop you will receive a coaching booklet with the requirement to plan and keep track of your Impact™ project progress, this might be used as part of the Impact™ coaching sessions, if you signed up for the coaching component.  After completion of Impact™ project you will receive a certificate of completion. After completion of the course and Impact™ project, you will continue to receive interesting articles and new information regarding the topic of the course, this will allow you to keep you up to date in the field.  

Do you provide lunch?
Yes, as part of your time with us you enjoy delicious hot and cold food and refreshments daily from the restaurant. Beside Lunch we will provide welcome coffee/tea, morning tea/coffee/refreshments  during the mid morning break, and mid-afternoon break. One of the benefits of going to a course is the ability to network and share ideas with others. 

Where are the workshops held?
All our public courses are held at four and five star hotels throughout the GCC.  You will be given full details about the location when you make your booking. Your joining instructions will also provide you with full travel and transport details. If you have any questions please contact us. In-house courses are held at a venue of your choice

How many people will there be on my course?
We limit delegate numbers to ensure you benefit from individual attention from the trainer. The limits depend on the course subject. We only allow 8 people in Presentation workshops.  Most of our Management Development courses are restricted to a maximum of 14 delegates

When does my course start and end?
Most courses start at 8:00 am, ideally you should arrive at the training venue between 7:30 and 8:00 am. That gives you time to register and meet your trainer and other delegates over tea and coffee. All our public courses normally start at 8:00am and end at 4.00pm. Please check your joining instructions for your specific course timings, which we will email to you once you have made the booking.

What is the dress code?
Most of our delegates wear smart casual clothing or national dress, but there is no specific dress code. It is more important to us that you feel relaxed and ready to learn, so wear clothes that are comfortable for you.
