Inter-Departmental Program

Our Inter-Departmental Program aims to develop delegate behavior, skills and techniques of existing managers, in areas which are not their department speciality. As with many management topics each manager needs to understand business finance, human resource issues, legal and purchasing principals.  Especially those managers who are groomed to move towards company leadership positions. All workshops include reality based improvement work projects and authentic scenarios to personalize the learning process. The Inter-Departmental program consist of the following workshops:

• Investments for Non-Financial Professionals
