Pre-Workshop

Pre-Workshop

Public Courses
In our public courses delegates attending a workshop will receive material before the course. This can take different forms like pre-course reading, e-learning or questionnaires. In our considerable experience, this investment prior to the course greatly enhances the applicability long-term behavioral change effect of the subject training workshop. Delegates come prepared to the workshop and some knowledge transfer has already taken place whicch makes it easier to change knowledge into practical skills and changed behavior and habits.

In-Company Workshops
As part of in-company workshops Innesskirk Global facilitators request advance access to delegates attending development programs in order to conduct diagnostic interviews. This process is necessary to truly tailor the scheduled course to the attendees’ levels of experience and expectations as compared to the organizations’ goals and objectives. Diagnostic interviews can be conducted in person, via telephone or via email questionnaire. Support material may also be requested from the client to further customize the scheduled workshop. Depending on the complexity of the objectives, some programs require delegates to do background reading of specific material before the workshop to be prepared to fully participate.
