Proven Pedagogy

Structure

Workshops are structured to provide participants with an authentic learning experience tailored to facilitate opportunities to identify practical applications for the skills and techniques presented in the workshop. Feedback from participants is used to keep workshop materials current and relevant by continuously updating our content, courses and materials.

Paticipation

Workshop participants are encouraged to continue with their professional development after the conclusion of the workshop, through iIMPACT™ projects and iIMPACT™ coaching sessions. iIMPACT™ projects are identified, by the participants, and used as measurable indicators of successful application and implementation of the workshop content. iIMPACT™ coaching sessions have proven to be the difference between a reasonably effective workshop and a workshop which is positively changing participants’ behaviors and work habits in their own environment, thus delivering real and lasting results.

Support

Finally, post course support is provided by phone, email and face-to-face contact. Participants are challenged to find ways to change their work behavior and adopt styles that best serve to enhance their effectiveness and productivity in their work environments, ultimately, supporting our commitment to ‘Innesskirk - Improving Management Performance through Analysis, Coaching and Training (iIMPACT™)’.
